Organizational Supportive Causes

We want to highlight and promote effective cross-collaboration with local NGOs specializing in women’s health care, reproductive rights and advocacy. The goal is to allow proceeds from direct sales to go towards these causes. It can also be an opportunity for consumers to claim it on their taxes for the PMS kits because a registered NGO will also be attached to it with their tax registration number.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges. These are final sales for hygiene consumables Policy: For health and safety reasons, all sales are final on skincare consumables (patches, wipes, atomizers).

Tweezers Exception: Exchanges may be offered if tweezers are:

  • Damaged: Visibly broken, bent, or missing parts upon arrival due to shipping issues.
  • Defective: Manufacturing flaws such as misaligned tips, loose grip, or coating inconsistencies that affect performance.

Must be reported within 10 days of delivery with clear photos for review.

  • Shipping Damage: If a kit arrives with damaged packaging or compromised items, notify us within 10 days with photos, and replacements will be sent at no cost.

For dissatisfaction we may offer an action of Promise:Sometimes, goodwill-elected, we invite you to contact us directly if something isn’t right. In some cases, a good will credit (discount code, refills, or similar) may be offered at our discretion.
